In 1995, CRG reached a new milestone, when it purchased new machines to create an engine department. Born under the CRG brand, the engine was then named Maxter, at the beginning of 2001, when the company underwent a modernisation and restructuring process, necessary to achieve a wider dimension.

With a forward-looking attitude, CRG continued its transformation with the creation, in 2003, of the Tinini Group, a holding company that controls and coordinates CRG S.p.A., Maxter S.r.l. and Primatist S.r.l., whose headquarters are now in a modern and functional building.
