Alcaniz (Spain). CRG obtained a good podium with Max Verstappen in the first round of the European CIK-FIA KF Championship that took place at the Motorland Aragon Circuit of Alcaniz. The Spanish weekend had the whole CRG works team as protagonist in a red-hot summer-start with air temperatures beyond 39 Celsius degrees on Sunday! The final result could have been even better for Verstappen though, who was racing with TM engine, as well as for Felice Tiene, also protagonist with CRG-Parilla on the Spanish track where he secured the fastest lap of the race at the end of a stunning recovery from 30th to final 5th. Alcaniz (Spagna). Sul Circuito Motorland Aragon di Alcaniz, CRG ha conquistato un gran bel podio con Max Verstappen nella prima prova del Campionato Europeo CIK-FIA in KF, ma il weekend vissuto in Spagna ha visto protagonista tutta la squadra ufficiale CRG, in un inizio infuocato d’estate che domenica ha visto toccare e superare i 39 gradi di temperatura in aria! Ma il risultato finale avrebbe potuto essere ben più tondo non solo per lo stesso Verstappen, in gara con il motore TM, ma anche per Felice Tiene, protagonista anche lui con CRG-Parilla e letteralmente scatenato sulla pista spagnola, tanto da realizzare il giro più veloce al termine di una spettacolare rimonta dal 30.mo al 5. finale. Aragona visited the Motorland of Alcaniz in Spain during the first of the two races of the European Championship reserved to the categories KF and KF Junior. Dopo una ennesima falsa tregua mattutina, è la temperatura infuocata in terra d’Aragona a imperversare sulla pista Motorland di Alcaniz in Spagna per la prima delle due prove del Campionato Europeo delle categorie KF e KF Junior. Ma nonostante questa particolare ulteriore difficoltà che ha “squagliato” piloti e addetti ai lavori, il programma del weekend spagnolo è proseguito a ritmi serrati e la serie infinita di manches eliminatorie del sabato sono andate a definire i protagonisti della fase finale di domenica. Sul variegato e spettacolare sali-scendi di Alcaniz si sta disputando la prima delle due prove del Campionato Europeo CIK-FIA per le categorie KF & KF Junior, con la prima giornata di venerdì dedicata soprattutto alle prove libere e quindi alla sessione di prove ufficiali, con in più il primo “assaggio” di gare con le prime manches eliminatorie del weekend. CRG showed on track an absolute dominion in Genk's last round of the WSK Euro Series in KZ1, which culminated in Final 1 victory – worth also the well deserved title for Max Verstappen – and in the solid one-two-three obtained in the second Final on Sunday with Davide Forè satisfactorily back on the top spot of the podium together with Jonathan Thonon and with the great protagonist Max Verstappen.
